Important notice on authorised security testing: All security testing and assessment services provided by Holster Cybersecurity are performed under written authorisation from the system owner. Holster does not conduct unauthorised access to computer systems or networks under any circumstances. Any engagement requires a signed Statement of Work or engagement agreement. Please read Section 4 carefully.
1. About us
Sikaverse Limited (trading as Holster Cybersecurity) is a company registered in England and Wales. References to "Holster", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms of Service refer to Sikaverse Limited t/a Holster Cybersecurity.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at holstersecurity.com (the "Website") and, together with any specific engagement agreement, Statement of Work, or proposal issued to you, govern the provision of security services described on this Website.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using this Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.

3. Our services
Holster Cybersecurity provides specialised cybersecurity services including, but not limited to:

The provision of paid services is subject to a separate written engagement agreement, Statement of Work, or service agreement entered into between Holster and the client. These Terms of Service govern your use of this Website only; the terms of any engagement agreement take precedence in relation to the provision of services.
4. Authorised security testing — important notice
Security testing and assessment services provided by Holster Cybersecurity are conducted exclusively under written authorisation from the lawful owner or operator of the systems being tested, or a person with clear documented authority to grant such authorisation.
All Holster engagements involving active testing of computer systems, networks, applications, or AI systems require:
- A signed Statement of Work, engagement letter, or authorisation agreement clearly specifying the scope of authorised activities;
- Confirmation of the client's authority to grant such authorisation (including, where applicable, authority over third-party systems within scope); and
- Agreement to a defined set of Rules of Engagement prior to any testing activity commencing.
Holster does not conduct unauthorised access to computer systems, networks, or data under any circumstances. Any request to test systems without appropriate authorisation will be declined. Holster reserves the right to terminate any engagement immediately and without liability where it becomes apparent that proper authorisation was not in place.
The free readiness scorecard tools available on this Website are self-assessment questionnaires only. They do not involve any active scanning, probing, or testing of your systems.
5. Acceptable use of this website
You may use this Website only for lawful purposes. You must not use this Website:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
- To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any other server, computer, or database connected to the Website;
- To attack this Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
A breach of these provisions may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity. In the event of such a breach, your right to use this Website will cease immediately.
6. Intellectual property
This Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including all text, graphics, photographs, data, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — are owned by Sikaverse Limited, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by English copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are permitted to:
- Print copies or download extracts of any page(s) from this Website for your personal use;
- Draw the attention of others to content posted on this Website.
You must not:
- Modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way;
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text;
- Use any part of the content for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from us or our licensors.
Deliverables produced for clients under a paid engagement agreement are governed by the intellectual property terms of that agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all methodologies, frameworks, tools, and proprietary techniques used by Holster in delivering services remain the intellectual property of Sikaverse Limited.
7. Confidentiality
Information submitted through this Website (including enquiry forms and scorecard submissions) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any confidential information shared in connection with a paid engagement is subject to the confidentiality provisions of the relevant engagement agreement.
In the absence of a written confidentiality agreement, Holster will treat as confidential any information clearly marked as such or which a reasonable person would understand to be confidential in the circumstances. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent except where required by law.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
This Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:

The free readiness scorecard tools are provided for indicative self-assessment purposes only. Scores and recommendations produced by these tools do not constitute professional advice, a security assessment, a compliance opinion, or a guarantee of security or regulatory compliance. For a professional assessment, please contact us to discuss a formal engagement.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sikaverse Limited excludes all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms which may apply to this Website or any content on it, whether express or implied.
Sikaverse Limited will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

Sikaverse Limited will not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sikaverse Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of this Website.

This Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. Sikaverse Limited has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or their subject matter or formation, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
